ARTIST BIOS

Joe Singleton is a home-grown Texas artist, writer, thinker and all-around nice guy. He's been drawing since he was three years old, at the cost of thousands of pencils, miles of lead and whole forests of trees. He's tried breaking into comics, from time to time and has been creating super-heroes since the 7th grade, at last count, nearly 400 individual characters.
Joe has been a guest at local and regional comic and SF conventions, including Aggie-Con, the oldest and largest student-run science-fiction convention in the US, two years running as a regional guest.
Joe writes and illustrates Artistic License, a monthly column for the Collector Times Online, with a monthly readership numbering in the tens of thousands.
Joe lives (almost) alone, with his thousands of comics, hundreds of books and dozens of action figures and toys.

Jeff Valentine was found by Joe at an early age and trained to become an invaluable sidekick. Using his skills of charm and quick-wit (and a passable ear for dialogue), he has been able to ride on Joe's coat-tails for several years and sneak his name in here and there as a "collaborator" of Mr. Singleton's. This blog is just another example of his desperation to become a comic book writer.

Eric Steiner is a self proclaimed professional web designer/photoshop guru. In his spare time, Eric acts as an amateur comic colorist ("Those who can draw, do. Those who can't, steal Joe's lineart and color that at the risk of being smashed into an unsightly paste").
Eric is married with two children and is still not an unsightly paste. Thanks Joe!
